Light and peppery on the nose as well as the palate, this wine is the perfect red wine for sipping or enjoying with food.  Featuring white peppercorns and sunburst raspberries on the nose with a sultry palate of marionberries and cassis it is best enjoyed with game meats such as bison, buffalo or lamb.  Suggested dishes are a bison burger topped with pepper bacon and gorgonzola on a focaccia bun.
