A floral and fragrant nose of fresh berry preserves and violets accompany a palate of blackberry, fig and chocolate liqueur on what we call our "prettiest wine".  Heavy rains at the end of the growing season, immediately preceding harvest, diluted fruit creating a very light and palatable vintage.  This luscious wine is velvety smooth and the perfect partner to Mediterranean cuisine.  

Enjoy with a braised lamb shank or veal osso bucco.
