Description: The "Sheila Reserve" Pinot Noir released from Blakeslee Vineyard Estate, is 100% Estate Pinot Noir. This is a barrel select wine. From the wine makers perspective, this wine is ta blend of the best 4 barrels of the 2017 vintage in the cellar. On the nose, blackberry, red plums and current aromas with chocolate, leather and clove spices. The mouth has flavors of dark red and black fruits like dark cherry, plums and hints of vanilla, chocolate and tobacco. This wine has a rich and very linear structure with firm acid and tannins which bode for a very long life. The mojth weight is elegant and focused, giving way to a long and thought provoking finish. Enjoy with food or on its own.
